I went to the 2nd page and this has turned into a flamethread.

SO, here's what I'm going to do:

1. Have a meeting with all departments on my mayor character to talk about Jurisdictions, laws and whatnot so it's IC being taken care of.(Since I believe names should mean something, just like the History Channel)
2. Close this thread
3. If you have questions about anything, PM me on skype or on the forums
4. Keep in mind that multiple PD alts in multiple factions doesn't work, so check if the player is not in other PD factions.
