[ch]Weapon Classifications[/ch]
Federal law, as well as state and local laws, dictate those weapons which are allowed and which are not. Weapons are sometimes deemed 'too powerful' or 'unconventional', meaning a lawful reasoning supported by the second amendment was not or cannot be linked to the weapon. Many explosives are a perfect example to provide, as most are illegal to possess and have no legal way of being obtained.
Assault Rifles
The Assault Weapons Control Act of 1989 has made the ownership and distribution of all weapons classified as 'Assault Weapons' prohibited in the state of San Andreas. Assault Weapons are defined under United States Federal law loosely and are largely defined by the States themselves. The following weapons are classified as Assault Weapons and are therefor illegal in the State of San Andreas.
The following rifles are usually misidentified as Assualt Rifles and are identified below (M4 included for realistic reasons and will be heavily restricted, as it's Semi-Automatic and Automatic).
All other weapons listed are legal, though may require varying weapons permit levels to be obtained legally.

The following weapons are classified as 'Destructive' and can lead to charges including, but not limited to, 'Terrorism'.
