The Gambino Crime Family was operating in NYC with the five families in peace, it was ran by Marco Gambino making tons of money and having total control on it's turfs in New York. Marco Gambino made sure he never started problems with the other families so he did business in peace and took care of politicians and city's officials so the family can practice it's activities without problems. Marco Gambino later wanted to expand, so he sent some of his made men to New Orleons to start some rackets there, but the whole operation failed since the made men got killed by an unknown group that was controlling the area there, so Marco Gambino had a back up plan, he canceled the New Orleons operation and planned to leave NYC and move to Los Santos, that's why he sent Paul Gambino to take a look at the area there and start a plan to operate in Los Santos, and get some informations on the families and gangs operating in the city and sent the informations and details in a package to New York. Marco Gambino read the package and knew it was a good sign to move to Los Santos, so he called his crew and got ready, taking a plane to Los Santos, with his crew and few Gambino family members. Paul Gambino was waiting in the airport to pick them up, and he took Marco Gambino to an old storage in San Fiero where the crew's cars and equipments were ready, so each member settled down in Los Santos that day. The crew started a gun dealing business by supplying criminal groups with cheap guns, which got the family good reputation. Business was good and money making until a few of family associates and soldiers got involved with a group call Six Miles Syndicate, a group that was very well armed and trained to kill, which led into some assassinations of few family members, including the Consigliere. Paul back then was a family Soldier but with a lot of Ideas, so he proposed a plan to stop the assassinations and Marco Gambino liked it and gave orders to get it done. Marco ordered a few of the Soldiers to get equipments and set up a fake meeting with SMS, unfortunately SMS knew what was coming so they were armed too, as soon as the family Soldiers got out of the van to shoot SMS members, SMS had AK's pointed at them which led into a massive random shoutout that caused a lot of casualties to both sides. Paul told Marco about how the operation went bad, so Marco needed a Consigliere, so he made Paul one. Paul ordered few Caporegimes to make sure we don't get more attackes, while him and Marco and the Underboss Francesco tried to get some peace between the two groups, but SMS kept declining it, saying we have to kill family members responsible for the conflict, the family refused and still had attacks from SMS. A week of the conflict, SMS sent a hit squad to assassinate Marco Gambino, which led into a Chaos in the family, and Francesco turned out to be a traitor who stole all family's weapons and leaked the location of the don and disappeared, Paul was the assigned the new Don. Paul wanted to end this war by putting a hit on the family members that created the conflict, and it was done when seven family members got assassinated by their closest friends, and that's how the conflict ended. Few problems happened in the family leadership which led the family to seperate and each member goes by his way. Paul Gambino was in danger since he was a hot head to multiple peop,e so he had to fake his death for a year. A year later Paul came back to Los Santos and met his friend Elisa that was working for Capozello crime family , she vouched for him and got him into the family where he worked and went through ranks and became made, he got a lot of friends from that family and earned his power again. Months later, he decided to bring his family back so he left the Capozello family after a year of loyalty, and bough a restaurant where he ran a racket in the back him and his friend Amadeo Bianchi, where he later became his Underboss. Paul and Amadeo worked har earning good money enough to get the family back on it's feet. Paul called his best friend from New York City, Frank Salieri and gave him an offer to work with him in the family in Los Santos which he accepted. Days later, Paul went with his associate to the airport to pick up Frank and Fernando Gambino, Paul's cousin and took them home and did the Omerta ceremony to make them made men in the family.

Don
The one in control in the family and the one making decisions and plans.
Consigliere
A Consigliere overall needs to be someone that the boss has ultmiamte faith and trust in, because this position opens up all of the crime family secrets, from plans to the most important contacts. Usually Consigliere’s are also off limits to being a target by other families.
Underboss
The underboss is in charge of all of the capos and is usually first in line to become acting boss if the boss is imprisoned or dies. An underboss’s role is to look after the day-to-day affairs of the family, and helps to settle any disputes that do not need to be escalated up to the boss.
Caporegime
A capo is in charge of a crew called a regime and there are typically around four to six crews in each family, sometimes less and sometimes as many as ten.
Right-hand
Caporegime's Advisor and right hand that helps him operate his turf and make decisions.
Wise-guy
Wise-guy rank shows that the made-guy is in the faction for a long time and that his effort to make the faction better and stronger is enormous. Wise-guys are respected by all of the Comission members and other made-guys. He showed that he can be completely independent, professional, always-improving member. The rank holder has a big character story with a long development behind him, he's ultimately trusted and experienced in mob roleplay.
Soldier
A soldier is a member of a crime family, and they usually start off their criminal careers as associates to the family until they have proven themselves.
Stand-up guy
This is the last associate sub-rank. When becoming a stand-up guy you are one step away from becoming a made-guy. This rank is earned by great roleplay standard, amazing forum and In-Game activity, professionalism and dedication. As a stand-up guy you show that you can work individually aswell and that you can create roleplay on your own. Stand-up guy is favourited by most of the faction members, he's known, trusted and respected.
Enforcer
This associate sub-rank is earned by atleast maintaining the previous development and activity. Enforcer rank allows most of the other faction members to trust you and to believe that you will be able to rise up the ladder in the faction. Enforcer rank describes you as a team-worker, a good roleplayer and a good learner.
Trusted Associate
This associate sub-rank is earned by progressing through your development, getting trust from your superiors by showing great activity, dedication, active screenshot posting and etc. As you become a trusted-associate, you ensure your associate rank.
Associate
Once you get this rank, you are in the crew that recruited you and you are in business, but not fully in business, an associate is unofficial family member that does jobs for the family, but not fully involved.
