Slow Services from Staff

I'm one of the top donators for the server and I've been donating to support the server when i came to MTA RP. I made the decision to donate almost $500 to support the server not get shitty services from admins that are on duty. I been waiting for my report to get accepted and there are like three to five admins on duty that is eligible to take my report. But they have decided to ignore the reports or go afk on duty. I think the team should be refresh with admins that can help take reports and do what they are suppose to do instead of going afk all the time or not going on admin duty. Because from my point of view the admins are just going on duty for couple of seconds and then going off duty and not taking reports. I like how the Server Supports do there job they are always taking the reports. But i see lack of Moderators and Administrator doing there jobs.

Its impossible of ticketing all the admins on the ticket center. Its like all the Moderators well half of them by not putting any names in. There are lots of staff who just go online for couple of seconds and then going off admin duty. Then they say "Do not PM Admins about your reports".

Anytime there is a problem, we definitely need to fix it.. If admins are constantly refusing to do their duties then they will be replaced.
I will work closely with stick over the next few weeks to replace anyone who has lost effort to help, and to replace them with ones who do

Most of the time this happens is because players are unaware of how many reports we get, and it's very hard for us to handle all at the same time.

I would suggest just reporting the admins who don't respond to you, and they will give a great reason for it, i promise you.

With all due respect, I'm truly sorry you didn't have it your way, I was most likely handling something else.

It's very hard for me to be On Duty and not be doing anything, if I'm On duty i'm most likely handling something at that given time, if there's nothing to do, I go off duty, Simple as that.
