[*=left]Why does the Defendant owe the Plaintiff money? J.Venlo of Los Santos Emergency Services failed to provide Rob Bouchard basic medical care, and treated him extremely unethical. J.Venlo also failed to check if the back of the ambulance was closed, driving away with the doors wide open, causing the stretcher to roll out of the back with Mr.Bouchard in it, smacking into a Los Santos Police Department cruiser, knocking him out cold, giving him a minor concussion, and sever road rash to his face. Even after that, Mr.Bouchard was not provided medical care.
