Newly Cadet in LSPD.. LOL

Was bored, so I cruise around town at the toppest speed on my rented Sultan, ran a lot of speedcams. Then this Cadet patroling in his crusier came...
Found me in IGS while I was parking in a tow-zone. Called for backup and got higher command come in and still...

Pulling people over while I am on duty as SPD, then realizing I am bugged and can't exit my car... it brings a true tear to my eye watching people drive away ticket free :'(

The way to simply solve that, is to report them - They are technically 'Bug abusing', when you are bugged and they can get away. It can also be considered Non RP, along with RP evasion, and finally, Powergaming.
