Internet is shit

Guys just thought id tell you i think its my internet that isnt letting me join the server cause at times it will let me join but than kick me off, i cant play any online game it seems, no xbox live, no nothing it seems so i thought id inform you guys, this is robert patterson again and yah

I have restarted my router in past and also i can connect to the server but it takes about 30 to 60 minutes just to download the server even than it did not let me connect, like it loaded server and than just went blank
