Free objects for mapping

Hi there, I was recently reading the post for mapping, and found out that I get 15 free objects for my faction. Is that still true? I posted report when I was in server, but no one responded.

I believe factions still have 15 free objects still. If you have already payed then you may not be able to get a refund. Remember, Ticket Center is your friend
