What I see these days,that there are much factions,but inactive, Like the LSIA and san andreas department of Justice and Judical circuit.
I was thinking that if the factions leaders arent active for a long time,the admins must set them out of the faction and put one of the good active members.
By that there will be more RP,and the server becomes alive.In my opinion,the server looks dead,a few factions still working.
Please find a solution.
