Subject Reason(S) you are making this lawsuit(Simple words- Car Accident, ect): SPD Ignoring me while i was injured. They witnessed me being beaten, drove off. It took me 3 calls to get a cop out to my location
Reason(S) you are making this lawsuit(Long Answer- explain): To start, I was driving my car when a man started assaulting me (verbally). The police witnessed this, then the man who was assaulting me (His first name was oliver, i heard him say to the cop - dont recall the last name) ran. The cops caught him in the sewers near IGS, and I went down there too (while they were apprehending the suspect). As the suspect got up, he punched me 3 times, then I fell in pain. I was coughing up blood, and expecting a SPD officer to assist me, but instead all three of the officers drove off. So, at this point, I am on the ground and i call 911. A cop shows up, Literaly pulls up right beside me while I was on the ground, injured. The cop said nothing, then reversed to assist a man wandering in the sewers. The cop then drove off. I called 911 again and stated my emergency and location (a second time), and nobody came. At this point, the man that the cop was earlier assisting came up to me. He then stated "F***ing useless hobo" and started to beat on me. With my last bit of energy (and broken ribs, internal bleeding) I got up, and ran. My adrenaline ran me too a near by Pizza store (near pay n spray). I then fell and called 911 with my last bit of energy. A SPD cruiser FINALY arrived (remember, this was my third time calling) and an officer by the name of Alberto Ruiz helped me greatly, then called for an ambulance. Now, as I lay in the street, coughing up blood, he has to inform me that there are no ambulances available. He quickly helps me to his cruiser and drives me to the local hospital, where I made a full recovery.
