[BREAKING NEWS] Henry Utivik is dead

Henry Utivik an LS citizen has been found dead after a police chase in a armed vehicle yesterday after the Mafia decided to rampage LSPD. SWAT was called into the chase and after an hour it came to an end. No real explanation has been found to why Henry Utivik died, Philip Smiths the officer which finally killed Henry Utivik refused to give out any information or even talk to the news. We also heard that the Deputy Cheif of Police has been contacting Henry Utivik regarding crimes and letting him off, LSPD will not reply to the allegation.

Henry Utivik was found to have over 1.5 kilograms of heroin and to have over 15,000 weapons inside of his properties across Los Santos. The weapons were estimated to be around 6.5 million in value. Weapons included a Rocket Launcher loaded and ready aswell as fifteen loaded M4's which had been reported missing from ammunition in 2004. Over 5 billion dollars was recovered from all the properties which were guarded and the news network was not allowed in.The mafia left an anonymous message on the LSPD forum:

" LSPD, we won't give up. We will fight. You have provoked us, and we will backfire. We will kill you, like you killed our brother. Expect us."

Henry Utivk's body is being taken for a full laiden funreal, the mafia and friends are expected to attend. LSPD have made no comment to if they will be attending the funeral.

BREAKING NEWS: Three members of the Russian Mafia have been jailed after fighting with LSPD regarding Henry's death. Due to legal reasons names cannot be mentioned. Henry Utivik was the main leader of the Russian Mafia which he inherited when his family died at the fire in Russia. Mr Utivik was part of a huge drug dealing circle which ran Russia's drug trade and Russia have asked to burn Mr Utivik's body as they are now fully aware that Henry Utivik is a federal suspect. We have also been told that Los Santos's Most Wanted has been updated to look for the 'OUTLAW' number-plate. Recently, the vehicle with the plates 'OUTLAW' has been seen talking to Henry Utivik and the Mafia itself. There is a strong connection between the vehicle and the Mafia. Earlier this morning around 7.00am an officer was called to a disturbance at Unity Station which was the last live update. Dimitri and Alberto Kristoff have been arrested and are now on the federal database for attacking a police officer and domestic violence. Alberto Kristoff is believed to have a major leading role in the Russian Mafia according to more than one source.

San Andreas News met with Alberto Kristoff and were unable to translate anything he had said, but we can gather it was mostly material which should not be published. An profile has been put together with all the information we know about the mafia, and it's connections.

We have managed to confirm that over 25 members of the Russian Mafia are in Los Santos. They are very stong and we highly suggest no attempt to speak or walk up to them is made. We are aware Police Officers are under a lot of worry due to the terrorist threats which claim to be from the Russian Mafia. When Henry Utvik was arrested he was in the armored vehicle which has been found with over 1.5kg worth of explosives in. Henry's family said 'He always had dreams of becoming an police officer, but he mixed with the wrong people and we were aware he had illegal items'. Los Santos Police Department will not talk to us and have asked us to stop reporting regarding these crimes.
