Wierd Icon After Buying a Property

So I was looking around for NPCs when I saw a secluded property for sale. When I bought it it didn't have the regular house icon, but some weird icon. Anyone knows what it means?

When you buy the property it just assigns a random icon on the map. It's a house once you reconnect, nothing to worry about.
