Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
Speedmods are here to stay, but the speeds they can reach are extremely unrealistic. I suggest having their max velocity set to 180km/h. That way acceleration stays the same, but driving at the speed of a fighter jet isn't there.

- Realism
- Speed demons still get to vroom vroom

-1 my chrysler could go above 230 kph (locked to 230 kph due to EU restrictions)

Clearly don't know a lot about cars.

Heck even my '01 VW Golf went 200 KPH.
