Please provide a brief summary of your Suggestion/Idea
Basically just compose a team of about 2 - 5 members. That will plan, manage and possibly execute events with assistance from staff members.

Advantages/Benefits
- Improve character development.
- Most likely attract players.
- Will give players a reason to RP.
- Improve faction RP.

Disadvantages
- Might require some additional Scripting
- Require a Degree Management

How would you go about implementing this suggestion?
Give players the opportunity to apply for the Events Management Team. Then create a pole to select only the top qualifiers! Of course deemed so by our community. After that, a staff member or two can manage the team and validate their suggestions etc. Which will go through a wide range of validation before it gets implemented. And when it does get implemented, the 'whats, where, whens' gets set out and we start preparing for it OOC :eek: This will range from natural disasters to general racing events such as marathons (which we already have the script for).

Impact the suggestion would have if implemented
- It will definitely impact character development.
- Some events might CK players, depends on the scale of the natural disaster of course (If there is one).
- Some characters might win stuff, like I said it depends on the type of event.

Pointless, what's the point of hosting events when the server reaches 5 - 10 players a day, 3/4 of them are admins, or afk.
