Just a quick reminder to all Server Support Staff, New or Old.
Will update the list as more people tend to ask me questions.
More of a FAQ thread now...
- Server Support Reports are to be done WEEKly, not Daily
- Server Support Reports are to contain Jails of 60+ Mins or other jails of significance. (Maybe a jail that caused someone to ticket you)
- You do not have access to the Admin Functions in the UCP even though they show up.
- You cannot ban, namechange or warn. ("WTF WHY IS /pban BROEKEN")
