Server is Shutdown?

I've been trying to get on the server for nearly an hour, I've put "mtar" in the search bar, clicked search nothing comes up, I refreshed 100's of times, tried joining the auto connect server about 50 times, still nothing. Help meeh

Server is currently down.
Multiple backups are being made and the server should be up within the next 30-40 Minutes.
