Warrants​



In order to request a warrant, submit your request of either an arrest or search warrant to the following email: https://forms.gle/XCsmECWjTr2cNKjY6

Your request will be answered by a reply with the correct form. Fill out and send it back to the person whom addressed it to you. Upon completion of the warrant, you must follow whatever guidelines or rules which were set forth inside of it. At no point should a warrant be declared public until executed and investigations finished, it should only be shown to those involved in the warrant and those pertaining to the warrant.

Ensure you provide all informed listed below:
  • Name of person.
  • Address.
  • Assets to be searched.
    • Vehicles.
    • Properties.
  • Evidence.
    • This includes patrol reports...
    • Active investigation cases...
  • Type of warrant.
    • If Search;
      • Request if items are to be taken or cataloged.
      • State the items which are believed to be kept there.
    • If Arrest;
      • Include all information regarding the suspect.
      • Include full list of crimes.
        • If you cannot backup the crime with credible evidence, don't bother.
    • If Search;
      • Request if items are to be seized or cataloged.
      • List the items which are expected to be found in the property
  • You must have some form of file on hand (patrol report, case file, etc.).
