Kyle is about 6 ft tall weighing in at about 185 lbs. He has black hair and is a easy going guy. Kyle Hancock is a former active duty Marine, having served his four years of duty as a 0311 Rifleman. He had joined right out of high school, being that he had no where else to go. Kyle Went through boot camp and School of Infantry like any other who joined the Marine Corps. Soon after SOI (School of Infantry) Kyle was sent to the Helmand Province of Afghan, which is one of the most Taliban infested territories in Afghanistan. His duties consisted of patrols throughout the city and country side.

His first patrol ever, Kyle was nervous. He had nothing but training under his belt and his First Sergeant was a veteran serving 15 years as a 0311 Rifleman, Kyle felt as if he needed to step up to the plate and show what he was made of. They had arrived in Hamid Karzai, a medium sized city and began walking the streets in their usual diamond formation. Suddenly, shots were heard coming from their left and the 12 man platoon, duck and found cover where they could. kyle was behind this stall made of what seemed to be plywood. As he looked at it to deem if this was appropriate cover, the top of the stall was blown to bits and pieces by 7.62 rounds from what sounded like an AK-47. Kyle hit the deck hard and fast as he heard the zips and twangs of rounds passing inches over his head. He had moved about a foot over to his right where there was a small view of the rooftops where the Taliban were nortorious for shooting from. He cought a glimpse of what he thought were poles. As he eyeballed the "poles", he unslung his
M16A3 and aimed down the sight. He had the "poles" in his sight picture and waited. He did not know why he kept the "poles" in his view, but as he was questioning it in his head, something grabbed the "pole" and was putting one end of it in another pole. Then a head appeared, then arms, and a small portion of a torso. As Kyle Peeked into his ACOG, he could make out a person, holding a RPG7 aiming right at Kyle's cover. A wooden stall was no match for a miniture warhead. Kyle reacted on instincts and pulled the trigger, as he heard a "SSSHHRRROOOOOOOMMMM" and saw a puff of smoke. The basterd had actually shot the rocket and Kyle rolled over to his right clearing the stall but not before the rocket had hit the wooden stall, blowing debris all over. The balcony had been about 100 meters away from Kyle's platoon, but nontheless, took less than three seconds before blowing up the stall. After that incident, the little skrimish was not over. Kyle's platoon had set up a permiter and a small 6 man team went in to clear the apartment, having to check every single room for hostile forces. Of course no afghan civilian there would tell the Marines where the Taliban had gone. So, First Sergeant Porter called the FOB and reported the little skrimish and Lima Company 2/6 showed up to take control of the situation, as Kyle's platoon Kilo 3/6, continued their patrol in the city. Kyle had took a man's life but left to the FOB (Forward Operating Base) with his. He had suffered a concussion and 1 degree burns to his neck.

Kyle went on more and more patrols adding it under his belt. Soon he would become a veteran having had served in Afhganistan and been involved in combat. His patrols were routine, clearing apartments, finding cache of weapons in the countryside, and breif but time slowing combat. The one injury he had sustained on a patrol had put him out of his current MOS (Military Occupational Specialty AKA Job) was a IED blast where the shockwave had thrown him 20 feet back and injured his back. Kyle then spent 8 months at the Navy Hospital in Camp Pendle San Diego, Ca USA, where he recieved medical Attetion and Physical Theropy. He came back into the Marine Corps as an 0913 Combat Instructor, teaching combat skills to all the new Marines in the School of Infantry. After having served his four years, recieving his Afghanistan Campaign, Combat Action Ribbion, and his Purple Heart, Kyle Moved to Los Santos, San Andreas to hopefully begin his Career as a Law Enforcement Officer or equivlent to the life he had in the United States Marine Corps.
