First of all, roleplay sitting on the metal bars or "hanging" off of them.
1. Have the pilot of the helicopter to go high up until he's just higher than the player
2. Player presses shift to jump, then shift again once near to the bars of the helicopter
3. Hope you don't fall to your death
Side note: Once you're hanging on the the bars, you cannot let go until the helicopter touches down.
This means you can't randomly jump off while flying over SA ( If you disconnect gg)
