What is tribute?
Tribute - A percentage of weekly earnings given to the upper echelon as a sign of respect.

Why do we pay tribute?
Tribute goes back in history as reassurance of two things. One, that the associate/soldier is earning money for himself on the street. And two, that the money earned by these associates/soldiers still respect the upper echelon for giving them the blessing to operate in their crew.

1. Wannabes DO NOT pay tribute.
2. Associates hand off their tribute to soldiers, but their tribute is being paid to the captain.
3. Soldiers have to pay their own tribute, separate from what they collect from their associates.
4. Soldiers have to pass up their envelope and their gang member's envelope as well, separately.
5. Soldiers can give their weekly haul to either the right hand man or the captain.
6. After the Captain has put together everyones tribute, he cuts out a percentage of that to the bosses.
7. The rest of the tribute is the captains to keep. Greedy captains keep it all for themselves, progressive captains pay their soldiers only.
8. Associates do not get paid, as they're still paying their dues to the family.
9. Tribute is collected every 7 days.

A crew kickup consists of four different main sources: Soldier kickups, Business profits, Weapon profits and other kinds of incomes. When providing information about a crew kickup, the captain has detailed information regarding each kick-up, including accurate numbers.

2. Entrance fees.
3. If the business is not used enough, it should be rented and renting money comes from it.
4. Other business-based incomes.

3. Sales of various properties/illegal items(excluding weapons). However, a soldier has to pay sale profit kickup if he's for example selling the item/property regularly(regular - more than once per week).
4. Other profits.
