Have /ticket, /arrest, and /takelicense automatically update to the MDC for ease of access.

Advantages/Benefits
LEA's wouldn't take a great amount of time while pulling people over, and performing arrests.

Disadvantages
If any
Minor loss of roleplay from LEA's side, but from what I heard this is a big inconvenience to all side of RP.
