No, not if you're working with morgfarm or I with mapping and IC construction of it. As long as you guys keep roleplaying we'll help improve that experience.

Fusionz will be making an object system which will allow us to add any object from GTA:SA into the game without mapping, this is intended (at least for now) to bring in construction equipment for various factions, mostly you.

If you would like to use it, we'd need the object ID's. So, if you have free time, go on the Map Editor and searh for construction equipment that relates (cranes, dumpsters, boxes/pile of trash) and then record the object ID. It'll be an admin only command since it can be abused, so I'll go through them and approve them on a thread for admins to see.
